I'm Tegan, founder of Hands Studio, designer, creative, and someone who believes your home should feel just as beautiful as it looks. Since 2013, I’ve been creating spaces that reflect the rhythm, needs, and lifestyle of the people who live in them. 

At the heart of my work is a holistic approach. With a background in interior design, residential drafting, and landscape design, I look at each project from every angle, inside and out. I’m passionate about creating flow between your home’s architecture, interiors, and outdoor spaces. When those elements work together, everything just makes sense, visually and practically. 

My love for design runs deep. It began with my mum, who shared with me a joy for interiors, and grew alongside my dad, who transformed 100 acres of bare farmland into a serene coastal retreat. My upbringing shaped the way I see homes, as layered, living, breathing environments. Today, I still turn to both Mum and Dad for their advice and feel incredibly grateful to spend my days creating spaces that reflect the same kind of care and intention. 

To me, design is a collaborative process. I see my clients as creative partners, and together, we shape homes that are honest, beautiful, and personal.
